How AI usage works
Dualzo runs the AI models on its own provider account, so you never pay a model provider separately. Usage is measured in credits. Each workspace has a credit-based usage limit that refills automatically; when it is reached, new tasks wait until it refills. Lighter models use fewer credits per task than frontier models, so you can pick a cheaper model for small fixes and a stronger one for larger changes — per repository or per task.

Billing details
- Payments run through Paddle, which is the merchant of record and handles sales tax and VAT. Prices are in USD.
- Invoices are listed on the billing page of your workspace.
- Cancelling takes effect at the end of the paid period, and you can resume any time before then.
- Only workspace admins can see or change billing.
Pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
There is no timed trial. Free credits are occasionally offered as a signup promotion — check the app for current offers. Without free credits or a subscription, a workspace can still sign in, but tasks cannot start until you subscribe. Your data stays put.
Do I need my own Claude, OpenAI, Google or xAI account?
No. Model usage is included in the plan. You choose the model; Dualzo runs it.
What does a seat mean?
A seat is a member of your workspace; pending invitations count too. The Team plan includes 5 seats. To add someone once they are all taken, remove a member or revoke a pending invitation.
Is there a cost per repository or per pull request?
No. Connect the repositories you need. Usage depends only on the credits your tasks use.
Are the chat integrations extra?
No. Email, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, and Discord approvals are all included.
